No you should not need a special TV for digital cable service. If you already have our Basic+ level of service you will be able to get digital cable service, if it is available in your area. You can click on "channel lineups and pricing" on our website, brctv.com to get a listing of what channels are available in your area. If you want to receive high definition TV service you will need to have a high definition capable TV set.
