What do I need to do to upgrade to high definition channels on my high definition TV?

Providing you've already purchased an HD capable TV set, you will need to have digital service from us installed on that TV.  If you already have digital cable with us you will need to call customer care at 1 800 Cable77 (open 24 hours a day) to schedule a tech to come out to your home to exchange your current digital box for a high definition digital box. You will also need component cables you can either purchase your own component cables or buy them from us (tech will bring them with) for a one time charge of $14.95 added onto your next bill.  If you want to connect using HDMI cables you will need to purchase them and let the customer care representative know you are going to be using HDMI cables.
